Depends on many factors; there is no simple "True/False" answer to that sort of question. Most biological and/or cultural questions do not have simple "True/False" answers. And if there is no "True/False" answer to that sort of question, then the presumption must always be "False" if your homework requires you to make such a simplistic choice. Teachers should never ask that sort of question.

Depends where you live and what education level the woman is. College educated women have children later than those with less education. Also, some women don't have children at all and that's okay too.
