I doubt it. It very well may get you a decent job, but probably not 6-figures.

Yes. All of the dispensaries I know have a quarter acre plot out the back where funny plants are growing. And that is very surprising, when you try to figure out where all those quarter acre blocks are in crowded downtown New York and other similar cities.
