Which continent has the largest coastline?
Asia is the largest continent on Earth. It covers 9% of the Earth's total surface area (or 30% of its land area), and has the largest coastline, at 62,800 kilometers (39,022 mi).
That would be Asia
Because of the way Canada "fans out" to the north and because Canada, the USA, and Mexico all have both an east coast AND a west coast, I believe the North American continent is largest.
It is North America. Counting all its islands Canada has more salt water coastline than any other country, and more coastline than all of the countries of Asia combined.
Answers so far give different answers to your question! The only one obviously to reject is Australia.
The largest Continent is Asia, therefor it has the largest coast line.
America - North and south combined.
