Does doxylamine succinate cause liver damage?
I am concerned do people know about taking this sleep aid over a long period of time? (Also known as Kirkland sleep aid)

Yes it can long term, but it should be *relatively* safe.

Doxylamine is a potent, phenobarbital-type inducer of cytochrome P450 enzyme (hepatocyte). It is not known to damage the liver.
