I had a weird dream. I was in a plane crash and one friend died while the other was paralyzed. What does it mean?

It means you are lucky to be alive! Seriously though, I think it means you are going through a dangerous time and you are worried about your own survival. Both your friends have been incapacitated, and this adds worry to your situation. There is not enough dream material to describe what the danger is that you are facing, but you may already know.

I wouldn't read to much into it,dreams are just like watching a film,there fictitious so you can forget them and move on,I know some think they can be premonitions,but I highly doubt that aswel,years ago I drempt I lost my legs,but I'm still walking around,so I'd rather believe its just our mixed up minds at night.

The answer is obvious: You have gone through serious mental and emotional stress in your life but survived. Those friends who were part of the trauma were not as loyal or meaningful in your life as you thought. Therefore you have subconsciously decided to move on with your life without the friendship you had previously. One friend you have\will eventually cut off from your life completely and the other you will as well but may eventually in the future forgive.
