I’m 15 and I want to be a gynecologist, what volunteering can I do that has to do with helping medically wise?

I’m already planning to do a mission trip to Ghana to learn about women’s issues and help nurses but that’s happening next year hopefully. What can I do that’s local? Are there any other programs?
