How come i cant breath when im holding my breath?
i am scared, i cant breath when i hold my breath, its giving me anxiety. It has changed my life, i can t go to school anymore because im to scared to ever leave the house because lof this condition. Please someone, help me OWO

Nobody can breath when they hold their breath. That is what holding your breath does, holds your breath.

You’re low IQ. Obviously you can’t breathe when you hold your breath. That’s why you need to breathe in and out regularly. To smart people this comes automatically
