When I remember it then 1/4 of the way in the rotation I kick it up towards my knee like I’m flipping pancakes with my instep. What should my free foot be doing to help rotate the jump? My coach tells me all the time what to do, but maybe if I hear it worded differently then I’ll have an ah hah moment and land this stupid jump
