Quebecois of course. It IS Quebec after all. In schools, they will not teach Joale, or anything like that, but, it will be Quebec French, not France French.

probably the latter. the official language in Quebec is French, not Quebecois. Printing separate books in Quebecois would be expensive, and the differences aren't THAT big
