Is anyone else's Direct Express card not working right?

I'm disabled and normally my DE card says that the money's pending a couple of days before the first which is when I receive it, but now when I or my fiancé check it gives us last year's deposits instead of the pending amount for next month. I've tried calling the # on the back and it goes straight to an automated system which isn't helpful at all

You need to review your actual disability account. Are you on SSI? Did you need to re-certify?
