How do I burn a MP4/video File onto a DVD?

It depends on your computer's operating system and where you expect the DVD to playback. If you are expecting the DVD to playback in a standalone DVD player, then the rendered video file needs to be in a format the DVD player understands (VOB file). If you expect the DVD to be used in a computer's optical drive and MP4 file playback using a media player is all you need, the your computer should already have the ability to do that - assuming your computer has a DVD burner/player. I use a Macintosh. If I need a DVD player readable VOB file burned to a blank DVD, I would use Burner or import the file to iMovie or Final Cut and "Share" to a DVD. If I need the MP4 file burned to the blank DVD, I would copy the MP4 to the DVD and burn/finalize the file to that optical disk.
