If you really like that person and want to enter a relationship, you should do that outside of work. If work is the only that lets you see them, then consider if that person is worth suffering at your workplace for.

A crush has nothing to do with love. A crush is no prediction OF love working .. in fact, psychologists warn us that the stronger the crush is, the WORSE a relationship with that person would turn out to be. If you are not happy there ... turn in your written 2-weeks' notice. Don't stay because of some fantasy you have about some person .. who wouldn't turn out to be what you thought it would be like anyway.
