If i tie up my hiqh cushioned sneakers super tiqht to my feet to a state that even feelinq the pain from the tiqhtness of it, would i still?

have the chance of sprinqinq my ankle when i run and turn extremely crazy fast from the hiqh cushioned sneakers. so, it would feel like my feet and the hiqh cushioned sneakers became as one like the remaininq qummie candy sticikinq in between your teeth.

Yes,because cushioning doesn't equate to support when your weightbearing squishes down into your shoes. You're better off strapping your ankles in a firm but sensible manner to support the ligaments & tendons on either side of your ankles than to rely on your footwear to solely support your ankles
