Does an 02 infinity g20 have the same driver side cv axles as the 02 alitma?

They can tell you at the car part store.

They are different. The Altima with the 2.5 uses a different cv axle than the 3.5, and the Infinity G20 is different that the other two.

Either call an auto recycler to see if they are interchangeable or call the dealer parts department to verify that the axles have the same part number.

Get both and look at them side by side. Anything else is just guessing.
