Laptop battery latch stuck? Please please help?

What kind of laptop? How many latches does it have some have one some have two. push the latch over as far as you can and use a plastic spudger (or small flat screwdriver) and try and loosen the battery in its slot. Don't mar your plastic by to much prying.

Chances are; It's glued in. Laptop battery's aren't designed to be fiddled with...
