I've seen your question before about Fortnite. Just like CS:GO, Fortnite's input lag and response times are tied in with the Framerate. Yeah, 60fps looks good, and even 30fps can look smooth but you really want those Framerates to be up around 120fps or higher because this makes the game more responsive. You should really play this game on a TN Panel monitor with low GTG time, if you can stand the colors not being entirely rich. You really should get a Video card to go with your setup but you don't need anything outrageous. A GTX 1050 or Radeon RX 560 is more than enough for Fortnite. I'd suggest either an RX 570 or possibly an RX 580 because these cards have the highest performance for the dollar ratio.

it'll certainly run it as normal settings and for competitive gaming, you want speed in rendering, not high pixel density or refresh rate.

Fortnight is a very forgiving game and can run on just about any PC will have no problem running frotnight event high settings fortnight was not the first battle royal to splash across online stores in early access and it's no longer the newest but it remains the most popular. Chances are you have a device that can play fortnight without too much trouble.
