1st 3 Chapters of Ephesians is about "salvation". "how: one is saved, and not the "mode". and certainly not about "how" a person believes. (Romans 10:17 does that) Salvation is: 1. "By grace", 2. "through faith" 3. "not of yourselves" 4. "The gift of God" 5. "not of works". "Faith" is the mode by which salvation is appropriated, accepted. John 20:31.
