I teach elementary school Every loves a different grade I LOVE teaching 5th grade I would GO INSANE if I had to teach Kindergarten

Dealing with the parents is one very valid reason. There is high emotional burn out rate in teachers. Politics in education can be vicious, even more vicious than any thing you've seen in goverment politics.
