Take her to small claims court. You will have to be able to document what she sold and it's value.

well about the only thing you can do is let it go or file a civil suit. Honestly being furniture it would be easier to let it go as its pretty replaceable. However if you choose to take legal action then you will need to provide some kind of reasonable estimation of the value of these items as well as submit the documentation to take her to court and even if they side with you getting her to actually pay can be troublesome depending on laws in your area.
