If you're refunded for an Uber Eats order where the restaurant made a mistake with the meal, does the driver get affected?

I mean, if they refund you in full, does that mean that the driver has to suffer for the restaurant's mistake and also lose their payment for the delivery? I was just refunded because my meal was inedible (I can't eat dairy and was given sour cream) and now I'm worried that my Uber driver might have lost his delivery payment since I was refunded in full...
