Is milk full protein like lentils and bread?

Bread is not a protein.

Milk is full of protein and calcium.

Questionable Sanity

Yes it is. 8 grams per glass.

Not really, milk also consists of carbs and fat.

Jackie M

No because milk is high in fat, lentils are not and bread is low and fat

Lentils are not a complete protein. When you combine them with a carb, like bread, this combination is now a complete protein. Whole milk is a complete protein. 2%, 1%, and skin milk have less fat, and less proteins. Whole milk is only 4% milk fat anyway, its not much different.
