How to prefent this thing from falling of my earplugs?
I dont know what it is called.
But whem i pull it out of my pockets it always falls off.
And does any one els got the same problem?

it's usually just an ear tip to help keep the ear buds more secure in your ear. it could just be old, and losing its grip so to speak to be snug on the ear bud, and then in your ear. i'm sure you can find replacements online like amazon or other electronic stores. or maybe just invest in new earbuds.
