Is this sexual assault?
These recent days, one of my coworkers has been touching my hand a lot. He placed his palm on the top of my hand for several minutes. He also put touched my shoulder and leaned in super close. I do not mean sexual assault but is it any sort of sexual harassment? All of the answers are saying no but I feel something isn't right. I just don't feel comfortable at all around him.

No, it is not. It is unwanted. Tell him not to touch you, if the does it again go to HR and file a harassment claim. If you say nothing , you get what you get. You must say no, don’t do what ever it is you don’t want. Be a grown up!
