Is January Melbourne really the right time to have the tennis? Surely it would be better in March when Melbourne's climate is at its best?
Port Phillip Bay, specifically between Mordialloc and Frankston in March is probably the best beach in Australia.

Until the late 70s it was in December which seems a far better time weather wise.
