Why is it difficult to find countryside real estate in Vietnam? I only see the main towns properties listed. Can anyone give me tips?

I am looking for a nice home with some land for a garden in a quiet, peaceful countryside place where I can meditate and ride bikes everyday. Thank you for your assistance!

You haven't been to Vietnam, have you? I'm sure you can buy a home in the countryside- I visited one when I was there. Rooms in a row, open to the air, because there's no air conditioning. The family we visited raised snakes to sell to the Chinese market, and kept chickens and pigs. There's no sewer line or running water, and no major grocery stores. The people there don't have internet access to list their houses. Go and visit and make an offer.
